Terms and conditions for the “how are we going?” prize draw


All customers who visit a PostShop or Kiwibank branch, make a purchase or transaction, and complete the survey at www.howarewegoing.co.nz, will go into a monthly draw to win $1,000.  The prize draw will take place in the first week of the following month and winners will be notified by phone or email.  All reasonable attempts will be made to contact the winner, however if they cannot be contacted within 7 days of the prize draw, another winner will be drawn.  By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that their name and photo may be used for publicity purposes.  The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.  Employees and contractors of Kiwibank Limited and New Zealand Post Limited and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.  The prize draw period starts on 4 October 2013 and will run monthly until February 2014, but may be extended from that date.

Unless prohibited by the social media host's rules, depending on your country of residence, customers can also enter the Draw through GoRecommend. To enter by using GoRecommend, the customer must be invited by Kiwibank Limited and New Zealand Post Limited at the end of the Survey, by receiving an invitation at a participating location or by an electronic or email-based invitation (together the "Invitation") during the Survey Period.

Any GoRecommend submission does not have to be posted to the entrant's Facebook page or Twitter page or sent by email in order to be entered into the Draw.

The Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter. Facebook and Twitter are completely released from each entrant or participant in this Draw. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Draw will not be directed to Facebook or Twitter but to support@gorecommend.ca
